Processing Time

Most of our products are made to order.

Our standard processing time is 1–2 weeks before your order ships. During holidays, product launches, and high-volume sales, processing times may be extended. If this happens, we will communicate any significant delays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Wish Upon Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been given to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@wishuponcreations.com. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you toward a resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on production schedules and packaging requirements.
